SQUAD DOSSIER // 003

A squad is built one survivor at a time.

Your army is not an anonymous resource. Beat the Humans asks you to assemble a team of generated heroes, equip them and carry the survivors forward.

Generated heroes

The roster is assembled from generated fighters rather than a fixed cast. That makes the squad feel more like a campaign you shape than a lineup you simply unlock.

Equipment matters

Weapons, armor, artifacts and other gear let you adapt individual fighters. The loadout screen is where tactical identity begins: who can hold a line, who should keep distance and which character gets the scarce upgrade.

Experience creates attachment

A fighter who survives multiple missions becomes strategically valuable because replacing progress is costly. That gives risky objectives an emotional weight without requiring a large scripted story.

Think as a commander

A balanced roster is more resilient than a single over-invested hero. The campaign rewards players who think about the next mission while surviving the current one.
